You have chosen to raise funds for the National Breast Cancer Foundation because you care about our mission and cause.  You care because you realize that all of our lives are affected by breast cancer.  The pink ribbon is not just the symbol of breast cancer awareness. It represents the life of a woman – our mothers, sisters, daughters, and friends. The pink ribbon represents the value and dignity women bring to our lives every day and the devastation felt when one is lost to breast cancer.
